years in the trade.
brands have their shirts made here.
You can tell a well-made shirt by details almost no one notices: a collar that sits properly, even topstitching, clean buttonholes, stripes that match at the seams.Getting them right is how we spend our days.
Eight stages, all under one roof.

Every style is worked out here: patterns cut and graded on Lectra, then the marker planned and plotted.

The fabric is laid up many plies deep, then cut by hand, right on the line.

Collars, collar stands and cuffs are fused, stitched and turned before assembly.

Shoulders, collar, sleeves, side seams: the shirt comes together one station at a time.

Every loose thread is trimmed, then the shirt is measured and checked flat. Anything that isn’t right goes back for rework.

Each shirt is pressed by hand with steam, starting with the collar and cuffs, where the eye falls first.

Neatly folded to each customer’s standard.

Bagged, labelled and boxed to each brand’s instructions.
Pockets, flaps, collars, back pleats: on a long run, a template unit puts every stitch in the same place, from the first piece to the last. Anything that needs a trained eye and hand stays with our machinists.
We also make uniform shirts for transport, aviation and public services.
Our factory is audited every year.
